Cancellation Policy

Appointments and Cancellations At Procharis, we generally provide our services by appointment only, and like you, our time is valuable and limited. We understand that sometimes appointments must be changed or cancelled, and we will try to accommodate your schedule changes to the extent we are reasonably able to do so. However, if you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you agree that we may charge you a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the applicable fee for that appointment.
